To get your Facebook account removed for good you have to get suspended by violating the Facebook user policy.

Getting Suspended, a step by step guide:
Unfriend anyone you don't want to offend. (You're about to post some real nasty shit on your timeline!)
Remove all personal information from your profile and make it public.
Join some reputable butthurts groups and pages on Facebook. (Anything religious/politic with more than 100 member will do the trick.)
Once you've been added to the groups change your name to Lady Gaga and change your profile picture to one of hers.
Post your first pic to 2 or 3 groups and wait for the first warning. Add a Dead Baby joke to your post for extra points!
Go nuts. Post the pics below in every group you joined and spread dead babies jokes all over the place!
